SHIPPING CONDITIONS

We have made it our mission to offer you the best shipping times no matter where you live. That's why we deliver daily to all customers within Germany.

The time span is divided:

1) Processing time (1-3 working days)
After you have placed your order, it will be checked for completeness and accuracy.

2) Delivery (7-12 working days)
As soon as your order has been approved for shipping, it will be immediately handed over to our shipping service provider and you will receive your tracking number by email.

As we partly store our deliveries in international warehouses, the delivery time can be up to 7-12
working days.

Due to the currently very high volume of orders, there may be longer processing and delivery times in some cases. However, we are working at full speed to ship all orders as quickly as possible. The extended waiting times allow us to give everyone the chance to purchase our products at an unbeatable price. We thank you for your understanding and patience!
